Dosi-Secure

The nuclear medicine applications have considerably grown in recent years. Today, In-Vivo dosimetry is an essential part to ensure the quality control of treatments in radiotherapy. TRAD has designed Dosi-Secure, a specific device allowing to perfor input dose measurements, using a wireless reading system, without detector calibration. This new solution, based on PMOS technology, is composed of:

• a patch server to measure the dose received by the patient (Dosi-Patch),
• a touch screen reader for reading this measurement (Dosi-Pad)
• an associated software.

This project was labeled by the Pole Cancer Biosanté in November 2007 and is supported by DRIRE / SISMIP and OSEO.
