We’ve recently designed a new innovative test bench dedicated to the characterization of an ESD protection of solar cells.

Or solar cells system enables you to apply programmable current peak to the protection structures of the cell and record its response.

The current peak generated by the test bench can be modulated in terms of maximal current and current rise time.

Current peaks can be performed from a few milliamps to more than 6 amps and timings can be adapted following customer’s request.

This test bench is controlled by a special computer interface which enables to program the electrical current shape and record the cell response.

As for every TRAD products, the characteristics of this test bench can be adapted to our customer’s needs.
